Fabricators and Repair Specialists who need a reliable source of custom-fabricated Stainless Steel Collars for problem cooktop installations can now order them from Heaphy Associates. Fabricated to DuPont's specifications, these 16 Ga. Stainless Steel Collars are custom made to measurements that you provide, to fit any cooktop on the market. They have an attractive brushed finish, and the edges are rounded and smoothed. When installed in accordance with DuPont's instructions, Stainless Steel Collars by Heaphy Associates will provide the most effective protection against solid surface cooktop cutout cracking available today.

You can choose to have your collar powder-coat finished in an appliance grade black, white or almond finish for $50.00 extra. Please allow two additional weeks for delivery. Contact us for information about custom colors. Also available are three-sided ("U" shaped) collars, collars with multiple openings and collars with curved edges for certain Thermador and Kitchen-Aid cooktop models. Prices:
$195.00 for each Stainless Steel Collar.
$50.00 extra each for powder coat finish.
$50.00 per order for packaging and shipping by standard UPS - this one-time charge per order covers as many Stainless Steel Collars you order at the same time. Average delivery time is three weeks for brushed stainless finish, and five weeks for powder coat finish.
